East Lincoln ASC

About This Project

This new Ambulatory Surgery Center is an upfit project of approximately 7,600 square feet on the First Floor of a new Medical Office Building. The project includes Pre- Procedure, Recovery, and support spaces for a single Operating Room, with expansion space for a second future Operating Room. Support spaces are strategically located to allow for easy expansion of Pre-Procedure and Post Recovery Bays. The construction cost for the upfit includes an air handler dedicated to the Ambulatory Surgery Center, and an emergency generator located adjacent to the Shell Medical Office Building. The center is designed to provide one-way flow of all surgical patients from Reception through Discharge and includes a separate Surgery Discharge exit and canopy.
