Hanes Towne Court

Set in the heart of a booming new development in Winston-Salem, Hanes Towne Court Office Park is just a short walk from a current Wright McGraw Beyer Architects project, Lyndhurst OBGYN. WMBA used the latest in advanced BIM technology to design schematic shell buildings and a marketing package for Crown Developers to sell the project to potential tenants. High resolution images and a video walkthrough of the entire development shows the design in exciting 3D detail. The development consist of a large, 3 story, 41,400 SF Medical Office Building with the flexibility to be utilized by a single tenant or multiple tenants along with a 1 story, 17,300 SF building designed for multiple tenants. The design also included several options for an iconic monumental entry onto the site. It is anticipated that the project will be permitted and begin construction in 2018.
