Levine Cancer Institute II

About This Project

This project upfits 20,000 SF of shell space to expand Levine Cancer Institute’s facilities at Atrium Health’s University Hospital. The Expansion occupies the entire 5th floor of the Medical Office Building, along with some additional support space on the 4th floor. The program includes 18 Clinical Exam Rooms, 18 Infusion Bays with the option to add 6 additional bays in the future, a Lab, a Chemotherapy Compounding Pharmacy, a Survivorship Clinic, and Administrative support space. The Infusion area contains a mix of open, semi -private, and private bays that all maintain a visual connection to the Nurse Stations. Patterned resin panels are used as dividers to provide privacy while maintaining a comfortable healing environment.
