Novant Health Presbyterian – Charlotte ASC

Located in the urban setting of uptown Charlotte is this upfit and addition of approximately 19,000 SF in an existing building to provide a new Ambulatory Surgery Center. The Surgery Center specializes in Eyes, ENT, Women’s Services, and Children’s Procedures. The renovation program included 6 new ORs, 4 of which were equipped with ceiling mounted microscopes. An Endoscopy Procedure Room, 16 Pre/Post Recovery Bays, 6 Private Bays for children, an on-site Sterile Processing Department, Support Spaces, and a new Business Ofice were also included in the upfit. The addition to the project houses mechanical and electrical utilities, medical gas storage, and the backup generator courtyard.
